Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer series
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hi,

 

I have issue for printer HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw. Gennerally it's about AirPrint on LAN.

So, it started around month ago. It beagined with no printing PDF files on all Apple devices (around 10 in total) but it was printing from Win PCs.

After that I renamed Air Printer name and it started work.

But now it doesn't print enything with pictures inside from Apple devices. It was no changes from last moment.

It shows printer online, status "connected to printer" and printer shows "Printing..." but nothing happens. I waited for 30-40 to print 1 page .docx and .pdf with pictures (2MB files), if it just text inside, it prints.

As well it doesn't work at Win PCs. I cann't print .docx and .pdf with pictures. Only text it's works.

When I delete printer task from Mac, printer still showing "Printing...". I waited like 10 minutes. And if I press cancel on printer it shows "Canceling..." untill you reboot it. I waited like 15-20 minutes as well.

I reset all settings to default twice. FW has been updated to the last one.
