Does anyone know what is causing the prints to be as they are in the photo?

It looks like some part of the print is printed on an other area of the page.

You have a failed fuser unit and it will need to be rebuilt or replaced. OEM fusers are typically not priced to make the repair sensible. You can try Ebay or Amazon for rebuilt or 3rd party. Lots of videos on Youtube on replacement procedure.

I started the repair.

We've multiple printers of this type.

So i'm going to take a fuser unit form a working one to determine if it solves the problem.

Now i ran into this, could this be the problem? internal laserjetM452nw.jpg

That might be A problem, but that is not causing the repetitive defects down the left side. Once you have the fuser out, look closely at the rollers and you will see damage to the roller that corresponds to the marks on the page.

I changed the fuser unit for another one from another printer (which had multiple problems).

Result: i've got one working printer and one for parts.

Thank you!
