Black dots on printouts after fixing paper jam

Hello.

I recently fixed a Paper Jam but I now get black dots appearing down the centre of the paper.

Any solution would be greatly appreciated.

the spacing of the dots will tell you which component is causing the problem. Two most likely are a bad cartridge or either a dirty or failed fuser.

Thanks for your reply. The dots are 1 inch apart down the centre of the page.

That spacing refers to the Developer roller so the error is likely in the cartridge.

Thanks for the info. Problem fixed now. The roller just need a lot of cleaning.
