Hello Community,

i got blemishes on the printouts. Already tried to change the cartriges and use the cleanig service. How can i solve this?

the teflon film on the hot roller has failed. Replacement of that roller or the whole fuser will be required.

This is a fairly new printer. Hot Fuser? Roller... This is the worst printer i have ever owned for leaking cartridges. Sorry!

You do have a fair amount of copies on this printer. Most likely it's the fuser roller as Repairatrooper stated. It may be damaged or have a small piece of material (like a piece of label or tape) stuck to it. Many rollers just fail over time. It's not easy to get to the upper fuser roller to check or fix. Usually much easier to replace the fuser as a whole.
