Product: Laser Jet Pro M118dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer in my bedroom and front of printer faces the bed so I would prefer that power light does not blink. Can anything be done besides rotating the printer?

 

blinking lights get my attention. Maybe in time I will become used to the blinking power light. I did not use the provided power cable.

@hannon1000 I looked up the printer specifications and it looks like the light blinks when the device is in sleep mode and it's by design, the same cannot be changed or turned off, unless you turn off the printer when its not in use!
