Product: MFP M28-M31
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Just bought a new LaserJet printer MFP M28-M31.  Looks like it cannot print color.  Can an expert confirm it?

No this is a monochrome printer.

Thanks expert for quick reply.

I thought it should print the color parts black-white.  However, I find out this printer ignoring all color parts at all, completely a blank.  Is this supposed to be?

No color items should come out as grey scale. If they are coming out blank it might be a driver issue or a program incompatibility. Sorry your first question was not clear.
