Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476nw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a double-sided document that I'm trying to copy double-sided.  I select "Copy," "Settings," then scroll down to "Two-Sided." After I select it, I only see "1-Sided to 1-Sided" and "2-Sided to 1-Sided."  I don't see a 2-Sided to 2-Sided" option.  I am using a Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476nw.  I tried upgrading my drivers; but, that didn't do anything.  It took me forever to figure out how to do a 2-sided scan.  Now, I can't do a 2-sided copy.

Can someone assist, please?

Your machine does not print in Duplex Mode, (two sided).

There would be a "d" in the model number if the printer did two sided output.

You can only Duplex Manually, that is print one side then flip the paper over and print the other side.

If my post resolves your issue please click the accepted as solution button under it.

Did a little research and found your response to be correct.  My printer does not support duplex printing.  Had I known that, I never would have purchased this thing.  Why a printer wouldn't support duplex printing is beyond me.

Thanks for your response!!!
