HP Laserjet cp5225N

We have bought a new Laserjet cp5225N to our office, it is connected through network cable and we cannot print A3 on it.

A3 paper is in tray 2 and sometimes it prints on A3 but in A4 layout.

We cannot get this to work, and most of the times it does not print A3 at all.

Please help.

Hi @SkraCph,

Have you configured the Tray-2 to size A3 and type to plain or whatever it is?

Have you configured the Tray-2 on the software or the driver as well?

Yes, on the printer. The driver i don't know. Do you need to set it up on your mac with the disk? Most does not have a disk reader here.

I don't know much about Mac OS, but you will have to check your settings on your PC as well. You must find the equivalent of Settings -> Devices -> Printers and Scanners (Win 10) and from there you can see what are the settings for your printer's driver.

Another solution would be to remove or completely unistall the drivers for your printer and try to re-install them again.

I hope that helps.

Cheers!
