Hi, Did you ever get this resolved?

we are having the same issue on an M880, but there are no resets available on the web interface to even try to resolve this.

And I am unsure what part we would change to convince the printer this has been done.

I have run a cleaning page from the web interface but while this completed fine it hasn't resolved the problem.

Any help gratefully received

To be honest my issue went away! After a few firmware updates and removal and re-inset of parts or maybe the replaced part just wore down a little after use it seems to resolve itself.

You need to enter the service code associated with your printer and then go to

Support Tools,

Service,

Cycle Counts,

Clean rollers Count to Zero

and say done. Hope this helps.
