I have a new HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw connected wirelessly to a MacBook Pro with Sierra. I had difficulty finding the duplexing features and once I did, it was able to duplex for a short time. However, it has not been able to since and nothing that I try or find seems to help. Several in the forum suggested a reinstall which I have done with no avail. Please advise. This is a feature that we used daily and was key to the purchase of the printer. Thanks.

Stumbled upon the solution myself after finding nothing readily online.
⌘ Print > Printer > Layout > Two-Sided > Short-Edge Binding
Printer & Scanner Preferences > Options & Supplies > Show Printer Webpage > System > Duplex > On
