Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Hello, I tried to search for this answer - so if it's there, someone can just point me to it.

I just moved to new house and now cannot print to my M203dw on new network, nor will my MacBook even recognize it for printing w a USB cable.

I was previously on a google fiber wireless network at my old place, and now on cable internet wifi.

I downloaded driver software and installed and it could not find my printer when cabled to the MacBook.

Ideas on what I should try?

Thanks,

Tom

@Tommy_55, Welcome to HP Support Community!

You may want to restore the network settings on the printer and try again. Refer to this document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change for help.

With respect to USB connectivity, use a different port/cable and try again.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
