Product: Cartridge 202A

Bought the Cartridge 202A and it’s package showing compatible with Laserjet MFP M281 fdw. But after installing it into the printer. It shows the incompatible supplies error. Can anyone help me on this issue?

each toner as a little chip on it that communicates w/ the printer once its installed. i'd wager that chip is defective, your best bet would be to return it

Original HP or 3rd party? Might have wrong chip installed, or no chip at all.
