After 3 years of storage with cartridges in printer, they obviously need changing. But, when powered on, the cartridges will not come to center when the cartridge door is opened. Also, error message: "At least one of the cartridges has a problem."  I'm ready to give the heads a proper cleaning,  but can't access the cartridges.  Help! (Please.)

Hi @Soundsculptor

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the carriage jam.

Please try these steps - HP Printers - 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays

Also, try these steps - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
