Product: Manages flow map e77822
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have a color Laserjet Managed Flow MFP E77822. I’m just trying to change the thickness of the paper on the HP smart app so I can print on the 90lb tabloid paper. Everytime I have it on plain paper the printer messes up the photo. I need a thicker stock but the option isn’t there.

Do you have the paper weight set properly on the printer itself? If so, if you send the job to that tray it should pull the settings from the Printer.
