HP LaserJet Pro M1212nf
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I wonder if there's any option to check who and what printed on a given printer.

Cause I can see only this log, and that hardly tells anything to me

The best-case scenario is to check time, name of a computer and the name of the document.

Thanks!

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.

The HP LaserJet Pro M1212nf printer does not have an internal memory where it stores data. The printer can only store limited information like settings.  So you will not be able to view the Print History

The printer can store Fax logs which contains limited details like time date etc but will not contain a copy of the actual Fax

Hope this helps 👍

Keep me posted if you need further assistance

Thank you and have a Great day 😊
