Click sound (mechanical) while opening lid of MFP M477fdw

Hi Guys,

Got issue with lid of the printer (since purchase) whenever i lift the lid for putting document for scan  it gives big click sound feel like hinge is making that noise.

anyone had similar issue before or know how to solve it.
