Laser Jet Pro M252dw
Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

I have a HP Color Laser Jet Pro M252dw. I am working on a mac and have a 27" cinema HD monitor. I am currently getting my media from online lables. I have noticed that my prints  are darker than what i am seeing on screen (printing in photoshop mainly but I have tested "preview" which is macs way to view jpegs and other images.) I have been on youtube, Google,  and on the phone with HP and have gotten nowhere any help will be great

Thanks

Hi @Icarus2875

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the print quality issue.

To better assist you -

1.) What's the size and type of the media you are trying to print from?

2.) Have you tried printing from different applications or devices?

3.) How's the printer connected - wired or wireless?

While you respond to that, you may try these steps to fix the printing issue.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
