Color LaserJet doesn't have an option to select B&W prints

There simply are no options in the Printing Preferences or Options for printing in B&W. Which seems totally ridiculous to me, because most people want to set it to B&W by default and then select Color printing. But again, that setting is no where to be found.

Any help would be appreciated.

Got it resolved. It all had to do with the proper driver. I downloaded the Windows 10 driver instead of using the driver that Windows 10 loaded (which I think was the Universal Printer Driver) and it works like a charm now. Now I have a Color tab under Printing Preferences.
