Product: HP Color Laserjet CP2025 print
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Have had the above listed printer for several years and love it.  Have just started having problems with the printer not printing in color.  Have a saved document which needs to be printed monthly and have not had any problems with it, until yesterday when it printed only in black.  Another word document also printed only in black.  I have printed a test page which prints correctly.

 

Don't know whether there is a setting in the document or whether it is a printer issue.  HELP!
