Product: Officejet Pro 8600

I find myself in an endless loop on the HP support page.  I think i need to order a new printhead set/kit but on the spare parts center page, it says that the one I need can't be ordered.  I was trying to speak to a real person and, very frustrated, that I'm not able to find someone.  Any thoughts on whether HP actually employs humans to support their human customers?

Looks like HP has a guide on the subject posted here:

You can buy replacement printheads and cartridge kits from 3rd party providers like those on Amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/printhead-950xl-951xl-Officejet-251DW/dp/B079NFXVGB?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_1

 

As long as it is compatible with your 8600 then it should work.  If you are concerned about your purchase then contact the supplier and ask them to verify or review their return policy.
