Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Copy output has marks on the left margin.  Looks like a roller issue.  I've cleaned glass and feeder - it's coming from inside.

Post a sample but if they are repetitive defects on the left side of page then my experienced guess without seeing the sample would be fuser failure. The Teflon hot roller is delaminating. Fuser replacement is the only fix. Be sure that the firmware code for the DC controller is 15101 before replacing the fuser to reduce the possibility of a repeat event.

When you open up a reply you get the toolbar at the top, select the camera and then point to the file you want to upload. If you cannot scan a photo you can take a picture with your cellphone and upload that.
