I keep on getting this error when I try to set up my Web Services. It says it cannot connect to the server. But I know there is a connection because the blue light is on.
I have tried restarting the printer, router, re-installing the driver and changing the DNS settings on EWR and nothing works. Please help.
At this point, I’m able to print from my computer but unable to use the scan to email feature which I reallyyyyy need.

Have you tried using Google's dns server 126.96.36.199?
