I am trying to find a new printer I can purchase where Eco/Sleep mode can be disabled. I avoided HP as much as possible because HP Officejets and Laserjets have the worst sleep modes of all printers to my experience, but was directed to come here by the company's owner. So is anyone aware of an HP printer/scanner in which Eco mode/Sleep mode can be completely disabled?

Your question is too vague, what size machine, how much volume of print. Color or monochrome.

Yes, sorry – I have spent WAY too much time on this so was a little frustrated by this point. Color Laser/LED, single tray, PPM inconsequential, has to have an Ethernet port, and scan over network. I am sure the price should be $400 or less.
