The Display is lit but not working on my brand new HP LaserJet Pro MFP M281. I have followed all of the automated troubleshooting tips, including pulling the plug to reset the printer and it's still not working. I think I should just take it back for refund to Costco. This is a lemon.

If the unit does not work out of the box then you should exchange the DOA unit for a new one. It is not indicative of all printers of this model, just the one you happened to get. Probably the box was dropped sometime during shipping and knocked something loose.
