Product: LaserJet Pro M402n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to solve an issue with a laserjet printer. Each time it is printed single side, it prints fine. When it is printed double sided, it bends the papers causing wrinkles to form. How can I solve this issue?

Issues on duplexing are often caused by media issues. After passing through the fuser once, some paper loses it's backbone from being heated. There might also be an obstruction in the duplex path. Remove the tray, drop the duplex tray and make sure nothing is caught.
