LaserJet CS 2025
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm running Windows 10, 64 bit.

I have a CP2025 printer that I have used successfully for many years.  It has a duplex unit.

My duplex unit is listed as Installed under Device Settings.

When I select Printing Preferences to Print on Both Sides, it doesn't "stick" even though I select "Apply".

In other words, if I close the Printing Preferences window and open it again, it still says "none" under "print on both sides".

And, of course, it only prints on one side unless I specifically set it to use both sides from my application each time I print.

This has only been a problem since I uploaded the most recent version of Windows 10 (creators).

I have several other HP printers (all newer) and only have this problem on the CS2025 printer.

Can anyone help?
