ePrint does not work Office 365 (550 5.7.1 Command rejected)

This appears to be a common problem, so I am sure it has been solved by now. I have having trouble finding the solution.
We are trying to get eprint and office 365 to work.  I can eprint from other email, but not from Office 365 using our business domain.

When sending emails to the eprint email address we are getting 550 5.7.1 Command rejected

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

@Blakeslee, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If your HP ePrint job fails, confirm the network connection is functioning and check ePrint requirements.

  1. Restart the printer.

  2. Print a test page from a device on the same local network, and then respond to any messages that display.

  3. Make sure the email subject line is filled out, your printer email address is correct, and you have less than ten compatible attachments.

For more detailed steps follow this document "HP Printers - HP ePrint Job Does Not Print"

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
