Dear Team

I have problem of printing the document and the printer shows the error-printing

Dear Support Team

After this diagnose the printer driver is unavailable . When I start to print the document the printer showing error the error message is printing and the printer showing the below side Driver unavailable.

Hello,

Try this solution:

  1. On the keyboard, press the logo keys simultaneously Windows and R. The Run window opens.
  2. Type services.msc and press Enter. The Services (Local) window opens.
  3. Select the Print Spooler service and click on the Stop Service button.
  4. In Windows Explorer, then open the folder %windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS.
  5. Select the files present and delete them.
  6. Return to the services window, select the Print Spooler service again and click the Start Service button.
  7. Close the window. You can restart your printing.
