Hi Gianluca,

I understand that you get a 59.00.02 every time you try to print something. This is a fault related to the feed motor. You can do only a couple of things:

1) You can check if the connectors of the feed motor are well connected both at DC controller and the motor itself.

2) You can make a feed motor test through the component test under Administration->Troubleshooting->Diagnosing->Component Test->Feed motor (or pickup motor). If you can't hear any sound or if you get the same error again, then the feed motor needs replacing.

I hope that helps.

Cheers and have a nice weekend ahead!
