Hello,

please help, I am getting error E3 despite the fact that I changed the cartridge, made sure all packaging is remover, cleaned the inner part from paper, unplugged and replugged for many times and did all the recommendations from this topic: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/LaserJet-Printing/Error-E3-on-M1132-MFP/td-p/5791179

 

Can you, please, send me instructions how to perform a printer reset?

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. Since you have tried all the steps from the post mentioned and the device is out of warranty, and we've concluded that this is a hardware malfunction, I may have a few pointers/suggestions to help you out, however, since these suggestions are limited to you and your printer alone, I'd like to send out a private message with those details.
