Product: MFP M26nw

Even when my printer is plugged in directly to my Mac, it will not print. They computer shows it has printed but nothing has. It works fine with my husbands HP laptop but not my Mac Air.

Apple support told me after trying and updating for hours to contact HP.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • 1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and computer/ mobile devices.  
  • 2) Wait for 60 seconds.  
  • 3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.  
  • 4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.  
  • 5) Turn on the computer/ mobile devices.
