I need to reconnect my computer to the wireless network but can't log in to make the changes because I don't know what the admin password is for the printer. I've tried all my known passwords with no luck.

I believe I need to do a full factory reset but can't because I don't have the admin password. How do I do a factory reset without the admin password?

@supergus

Welcome to HP Forums, I see that you do not have the admin password for the printer and you want to reset it.

I am sending you a private message. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.

Cheers.

@whatever2019,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

The reason why utilize the reset on a private message is because the settings are specific to that particular printer.

I have sent you a private message with the steps to perform an advanced reset on the printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it. Click here for more details on how to access the private messages on HP Support Community.
