Product: HP OFFICEJET PRO 8610

I can receive faxes if I manually select to receive a fax but if I am away the line will just ring and ring and never pick up. I have AUTO answer turned on so please help!

I found this great document on  Cannot Send or Receive Faxes.  Please follow the steps from "The printer can send faxes, but cannot receive faxes" part.

 

Please keep me informed of how things went.
