My printer is not printing the font St Ryde and it is our branded font for our agency. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Printers come with a default selection of fonts on the hardware that they understand.  The print drivers you download and install also have a variety of fonts that they can understand.  When a font is missing a printer will make a decision to print as close to the requested font as it can.  This often results in unwanted results.

Your options are as follows:

1. Update the fonts on the printer if such a feature is available via firmware or font file updates

2. Update the driver to the latest version and hope your font is covered

3. Try a different driver such as a UPD to see if it has better luck with your font

4. Try printing without fonts such as printing your files "As Image".  This is often an easy work around for printing PDF documents as Adobe Acrobat has the "as image" feature.  An image will not use font file and will treat all of the contents of the document as a grid of pixels instead of text or characters.
