I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that helps.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.

Hello Sandytech20.
I have already previously tried to talk to HP Support and I couldn’t get any further than entering the serial number and it said I am no longer under warranty so they wouldn’t let me. I saw on some other questions in ask the community, where you forwarded the ppl a link which provided the instructions for re-setting the printer back to factory settings, is that not an option In my case. And my issue is still not even close to solved and I am running an at home business with this printer, which is put on hault right now bc of this silly issue, but I don’t feel that I should mark this as a solved yet, when I was merely told to talk to support which I’ve already tried to do several times before going to this option. Please let me know if there’s ANYTHING ELSE I can do to find out how to reset my device, and I will attempt the support route again:(
