LASERJET 3035xs MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My printer suffers after 43K cycles of the well knows grinding noise issue caused by a weak bushing next to the pressure roller gear. This is a epidemic failure on almost all P2015, P3005, M3027, M3035 and I'm wondering if there a way to obtain from HP at least spare parts for no cost ?

Printer is more then 10 years but will low usage.

Thank you

Patrick

My opinion, after 10 years, no. However you can purchase rebuilt fuser these days for under 100 dollars so repair is not that expensive.
