HP CP 2025
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Aloha---

HP CP2025 Printer was working just fine, no issues.  Display shows no errors.  Will not print in color.  Please note, printer does not print demo page in color or supplies status, etc.  Prints in black.

Printer is completely disconnected from network for testing purposes.  checking for color printing using the printers own system reports (demo page, supplies, etc.).

Steps done.

1.  Uplugged power (directly), waited 5 mins.  no change...

2.  Restored printer to defaults...no change...

3.  Ran cleaning utility..no change.

Now...it will no longer printa at all...it just cycles, sounds like the normal cycle, then completely stops, then cycles again (roller spin, etc) stop...and it just continues non stop...no error message...display says printing...

Any help, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

And again, to be clear, printer is completely disconnected from network/computer.  Issue of not printing color, and no longer printing at all is with the printer itself, using its  own reports.
