Product: HP Color Laser Jet Pro M252dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I recently installed macOS 10.15 Catalina and now my printer (HP Color Laser Jet Pro M252dw) won't print.  It shows that the document has been sent but on the printer the window says printing document and just goes around and around.  Help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. To assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • How is the printer connected to the MAC?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
