Upload here the "Supplies Status".

 

1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, select the Setup menu.
2. Select Reports.
3. Select Supplies Status.

Here is I found further more: print in Word, Excel, PDF with color selected will be fine. If I selected black, will be not fine. Run clean page will be not fine. Print Supplies Status will be fine. Fine Means only have small amount of dots.

You must replace the black cartridge.

I replaced with genuine HP black ink, still the same problem.  Thank you for your prompt reply.
