We have had a couple of situations with this.
1. There is an accordion fold in the fuser, look closely at the fuser assembly to see if you see any paper.
2. There is a small piece of paper stuck somewhere in the pickup assembly. Easiest way to check this is to remove the toner cartridges and the paper tray and then set the printer on one side so you can see the whole tray cavity easily.
