HP Color LaserJet Pro M477 ADF sheet traction motor remains completely stopped

Hello everyone I have an HP Color LaserJet Pro M477 that the ADF, even if it detects the sheets to be scanned, the sheet traction motor remains completely stopped and obviously returns an error.
Can anyone tell me if you can only change the motor or if the whole ADF needs to be changed? and what part numbers should I look for?

HP Recommended

HP only sells what the call the integrated scanner unit which is the adf and flatbed scanner together. No separate parts. You might find someone parting one out, but otherwise you are stuck.

thanks for the reply, I imagined that HP provided all the ADF and that's okay with me but I don't know its part number, can you help me know how to find it?
