Product: HP TOUCHSMART
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I HAVE HAD THE SAME HP PRINTER AND HP PC CONNECTED WIRELESSLY FOR A LONG TIME.  FOR SOME REASON, MY PRINTER AND PC NO LONGER PICK EACHOTHER UP.  I CAN PRINT FROM MY PHONE BUT NOT FROM MY PC.  I HAVE REMOVED AND RE-INSTALLED THE PRINTER AND HAVE USED HP DOCTOR.  IT JUST KEEPS SAYING THAT IT CAN'T FIND MY DEVICE.  THE IP NUMBER I AM PUTTING IN IS CORRECT.  I HAVE TRIED FOLLOWING EVERY SUGGESTION (INCLUDING DISABLING MY FIREWALL) AND STILL THEY DON'T CONNECT TO ONE ANOTHER.  I CAN'T FIND THE LEAD SO RIGHT NOW MY PRINTER IS DEFUNCT 😞  PLEASE SEND HELP!
