Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello! I have a Laser Jet managed MFP E77822 in my office and wanted to know if this machine can be setup so certain users are allowed to print black and white and some color. I kindly seek any information or guide as to how I can setup set this up.

HP Recommended

Go to the embedded web server to the security section and look for access control. You will need to create users and give them different permission or you can also do it right from the printer driver but smart users might foil that method.
