HP ENVY PHOTO 6255 printer. I have error code KERNEL_EXEC_ST. New printer and no updates done.

Is this Printer connected to any device? Where do you see this error message? Let us know the Operating System installed on the device your Printer is connected to.
Go to the setup menu on your Printer, then network setup>advanced settings>IPv6>Off
