Thank you for your help. I believe that my well ,gently used printer is due to be retired. It has served me well, and I have been very happy with it.

To assist you better, I would like to know the following-

 

Which application are you trying to print from?

Is there any error message when you try to print?

What is the size of the paper that you're trying to print on?

I am printing from up print with no photo paper soft gloss and I get a paper jam message.

Sorry auto correct. Hp print with Hp photo paper soft gloss and tells me paper jam. When I take the sheet out he has no printing at all on it. It is sticking up above the roller about 2 inches .

I would suggest you follow the steps from the document Paper Jam Error. If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
