HP ENVY 4500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the HP Envy series drive packages and reinstalled.  I've used HP Wizard to install.  I see my printer, but it says that the drive is unavailable.  I can't print, but I can scan...wirelessly.  If I go to 10.0.0.15 I can print a test page....I don't know what else to do.  it's very frustrating.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I read your post and see that you are able to scan over the wireless network, but you can't print. I will certainly do my best to help you. I would suggest to uninstall the software and install the Full Feature Software and Drivers instead of using the HP wizard,

to see if you have the same results. EN4500_198.exe

 

If you are still having issues, try the basic driver. EN4500_Basicx64_198.exe

Thanks for the help! I have been frustrated trying to download drivers to print again and none worked. When I downloaded your link, everything worked again!
