Hi.

 

I have air in the contiuos ink system of my HP GT 5820,  I would like to know the procedure to re-prime the system.
My print heads are new and dont need replacing I just need to re-prime it.

 

If you have the procedure to re-prime please send it to me.

this proceedure says i need to replace my printheads

 

I need to re-prime the existing printheads without replacing them.

 

is there a way?

if not please send me the procesure for a full printer reset, because i also forgot my printer settings password and username.

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
