LaserJet Flow E77830

Will not print 2 sided. Jam by fuser. No visible obstructions in paper path.ERROR 13.E7.D1
Paper enters fuser 1 inch before jamming. Paper is easily removed.

I'm thinking the fuser is bad? This is a brand new product, only 3 months old!

I am puzzled, this is a managed sku and is sold by dealers who offer full service contracts on the machine, it is not a transactional sku, therefore you should contact your service dealer to have them provide support.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I am having the same error (13.E7.D1) on an HP LaserJet Flow MFP E72535. What was the end result of this issue? How did you correct the problem?

This indicates an exit sensor failure while printing plain paper. Service documentation suggests that exit sensor 2 is the problem and should be tested. As this device is a managed sku and is only sold with a service contract, contact your support dealer for repairs.
