Hello I have a printer that is not working the black toner, I have bought two new ones, I thought it would be harmful but it does not continue to present the problem, I need help

What's the message that show in app? What's tonner nível? Did you update the firmware? Where did you buy this tonner? 

Few questions that help uss find the issue. 😁
