Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Color HP LaserJet Pro M252dw was working perfect until I recently replaced the Magenta and Cyan cartridges which were low. Now I see smudges on my printouts with the new cartridges.  These are genuine HP cartridges at $100 each. Seems like they are defective since this happened fairly soon after installation. I have 14 pages on the Magenta and 61 pages on the Cyan.  When I open the printer I can see Magenta and Cyan powder on the belt which sits below the cartridges.  Does HP stand by the quality of their cartridges at all ?

That doesn't sound good. Contact HP about your cartridges, they should stand behind them. Is your printer sitting on a solid, level, stable, flat surface? That can cause problems if not.

Yes the printer is on a level source.  I was looking into how to contact HP about the cartridges, but it seems they want to charge money to talk to someone when printer is out of warranty.  Really disappointed with the support from HP on this. If I can't get this resolved soon, I will look into replacing with a non HP printer.  Really disappointing that everything was working fine until I replaced the cartridges, and spent all that money on new cartridges which turned out to be garbage 😞
